Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please note that slight delays may occur during peak promotional periods.
Within Australia
SAIA offers complimentary standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $600 via Australia Post. A flat rate of $10 applies to orders under $600.
Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days.
We offer complimentary express shipping within Australia on orders over $1,000 via Australia Post. A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $1,000. Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days.
Important Notes for Australia Post:
If the delivery address is unattended, your order will be redirected to your local Post Office for collection.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International with an estimated arrival time of 5-10 working days.
International shipments to Zone One (NZ, USA, UK, Canada and EU) are charged at a flat rate of $60.
International shipments to Zone Two (outside the above areas) are charged at a flat rate of $90.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning any associated duties or taxes become the sole responsibility of the customer and if applicable, will be payable by you when the goods arrive in your country. Customers who decline to pay these duties and taxes, leading to the return of the parcel to SAIA are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may be incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received. We recommend contacting your country’s customs office for further information.
Additional Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, including tracking details. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and are based on metro area addresses. For regional areas, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
A signature upon delivery is required. Please provide a delivery address that is attended during business hours. If you are unavailable, anyone who accepts the goods on your behalf will constitute evidence of successful delivery.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched, SAIA cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information.
Orders are dispatched only once all items in the order are available. If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready. For separate shipments, please place separate orders.
Customers who refuse a shipment from SAIA will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any applicable import fees, and the cost of returning the parcel to us. These fees will be deducted from your refund once the returned shipment has been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, ownership and responsibility for the items transfer to you as the purchaser. In the event of loss or damage during transit, it is your responsibility to liaise directly with the carrier. SAIA is unable to offer replacements or refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
